Step 1: The Discovery Call (Complimentary)

 

All of our projects starts with the initial 15 - 20 minute complimentary phone call.

 

AFTER the call you RECEIVE:

  • A welcome greeting

  • A detailed recap of everything discussed

  • Three to five available consultation appointments

  • Simple directions to book your consultation right away!

DURING the call we will:

  • Gather basic contact information

  • Obtain specific details about the project

  • Understand the challenges + goals

  • Explain our Process

  • Answer your questions

  • Make sure we are a good fit

PRO TIP: Pictures of the space or inspo are always welcome.

 
 

Step 2: The Consultation ($110)

 

before booking, we require a 30-60 minute consultation for both in person + virtual clients.

After consultation you Get:

  • Follow up email within 2-4 business days

  • Itemized estimate of project cost + fees

  • Custom tailored package options with all available discounts

  • Three to five available session times

DURING the consultation:

  • We meet each other (virtually or in person)

  • Walk through the focus space

  • Provide suggestions for focus areas

  • Take measurements (if needed)

  • Align goals + expectations

 

Consultation fees are non-refundable and must received no later than 48 hours prior to appointment. Consultation not require for moving projects.

 
 

Step 3: The Session

 

Booking your session

To book your session, select your package of choice and start date.

After Making Your Choice, Every Client Will Receive:

  • Service Agreement with e-signature request

  • Request for deposit

  • Purchase plan (If applicable)

  • Directions to book

  • Confirmation of sessions after successful booking has been completed

  • Welcome email + what to expect as a Finavi Client

 
 
 

Post-Session

 

We pride ourselves on long-term relationships with our clients.

Once we work together, we love to maintain relationships and hear about your progress!

We are available via phone, text, email or social media messaging up to 2 weeks after each session with questions and adjustments. (But you can contact us anytime).

We will follow up after our session to see how your custom tailored system is working for you.
